    Designer - Sneaker Factory Own Brand

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create look and feel for seasonal merchandise, based on global trend and key lessons learnt (includes direction on silhouette, styling and fabric, print and colour). Essential to have a commercial eye and be able to interpret international trends for the customer
    • Incorporate brand handwriting / personality into the ranges
    • Briefing graphic designer and outwork team on trend and branding direction
    • Present and Develop Key Items for Sneaker Factory retail team for the upcoming season taking key platform fabrics and price points into consideration 
    • This individual is also responsible for monitoring weekly sales and continuous developments throughout the season ensuring that the brand remains relevant and in line with consumer demand
    • Provide comprehensive and technical CAD drawings and tech packs, to ensure relevant and cost-effective product
    • Provide effective test options in order to establish new product categories, and relevant iterations on existing product lines.
    • Provide the buying teams with regular relevant and aspirational trend information that is brand right
    • Managing the design process throughout the critical path -from briefing patternmaker thoroughly and working closely with all internal customers (merchandise, fabric, pattern and sample room teams) to ensure that samples are effectively executed
    • This individual needs to ensure all garments purchased meet the retail customer’s satisfaction with regards to quality and costs

     Qualifications and Experience:

    • Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design
    • Relevant work experience of 3 years in a sports design role
    • Manufacturing and supplier experience beneficial
    • Strong focus on garment graphic print development and techniques
    • Practical knowledge of garment construction, fabrics and trims

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the conceptualization and design of dynamic marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

    • Minimum 5 years in a creative management or leadership role. 
    • Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent. 
    • Essential: Knowledge of photography, videography, and video editing. 
    • Advantageous: Experience in animation and motion design. 
    • Essential: Hands-on experience with photo shoot production & art direction. 
    • Passion and deep appreciation for streetwear and lifestyle culture (advantageous).

    Buying Manager Private Labels: TFG Beauty

    Key Responsibilities:

    Private Label Strategy & Execution

    • Define and drive the private label beauty strategy in line with overall business goals and customer insights.
    • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management across multiple beauty subcategories — from concept to shelf.
    • Build a strategic assortment framework that supports category growth, white space capture, and brand positioning.
    • Balance trend-forward innovation with customer-centric formulations, packaging, and pricing.

    Product Development

    • Own the private label product development calendar and critical path to deliver new launches on time and within budget.
    • Collaborate with internal and external design resources to create compelling packaging, branding, and product storytelling.

    • Partner with the digital team on DTC strategies, online exclusives, and customer journeys for private label beauty.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Social teams to support campaigns, influencer activity, sampling, and brand storytelling.

    Innovation & Trend Integration

    • Translate macro beauty trends, emerging ingredients, and consumer behavior into winning product concepts.
    •  Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and global market research to stay ahead of the curve.
    • Lead innovation in formats, claims, sensorial experiences, and formulation — ensuring every product adds unique value.

    Team Leadership & Development

    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of buyers, product developers, and category specialists.
    • Promote a culture of creativity, accountability, and commercial excellence within the private label team.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • A relevant tertiary qualification in Buying, Business, Beauty Science, Cosmetic Product Development, or related field.
    • 10+ years’ experience in buying or merchandising, with at least 3 years focused on private label beauty or personal care.
    • Experience managing end-to-end product development, including manufacturing and sourcing.
    • Solid understanding of beauty industry regulations, trends, and customer expectations.
    • Proven success in driving commercially viable product strategies and building brand equity.
