    Field Marketing Manager

    • Field Marketing Managers are responsible for facilitating day-to-day marketing activities and support across a particular region and/ or geographies.  Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with the Demand Marketing team to develop and execute regional marketing campaigns and programs that enhance Apex Group’s brand awareness in key markets – through a range of activities including but not limited to local in-person events, working with local stakeholders to understand key priorities and opportunities for the region to feed back into the broader marketing team sourcing branding and thought leadership opportunities in line with group strategy, supporting the local delivery of marketing campaigns, sales enablement and CRM education and support.
    • You will act as the key point of contact for local stakeholders in the region to liaise with marketing, collaborating closely with local the Regional Managing Director, local Country Heads, sales team, CRM team and delivering feedback and insights into the wider marketing and comms team to shape strategy.

    Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Act as the key marketing touchpoint for regional stakeholders; including the Regional MD, country heads, local sales and CRM teams.
    • Action local requirements i.e., business card production, brand support requests, HR and employer brand/recruitment support.
    • Be responsible for ensuring the regional content on the website is kept up to date and accurate at all times – including roles and location page descriptions as the Apex Group continues to grow and evolve.
    • Understand local regulations in the jurisdictions you support to ensure compliance with marketing and data protection regulations – feeding insights into the Marketing Operations team to input into process docs and policies as required.
    • Be the marketing guru and sales enabler for your region – facilitating training on key marketing technologies that support your region in delivering on pipeline and cross-sell targets – taking accountability for local adoption of marketing technologies and tools.
    • Be the day-to-day contact and liaison from the marketing team, linking the region into Group marketing and supporting growth needs, by working closely with the Demand Marketer to align activities with revenue objectives.
    • Understand the global, regional and local strategies to support the demand team in executing on pipeline generation tactics and deliver complementary brand awareness activities to support the top of the funnel.
    • Be able to align with top level strategic global marketing objectives to deliver suitable activities that support our marketing goals in your region and respective countries.
    • Work with the Portfolio marketing team to understand audiences and products to support sales education and enablement through education and communication into your region.
    • Work closely with the brand and comms team to ensure advertising and brand awareness activities across region are impactful and on message – feeding brand opportunities back to the management team to inform strategy.
    • Feed content ideas into the central comms team to ensure local topics are covered in the content production process and big pieces of content are repurposed as required for campaigns and programs.
    • Take part in the campaign planning process with the campaign team; including portfolio marketing, content marketing, demand marketing and marketing ops to ensure a consistent and well-planned approach to execution.
    • Support the Events Manager with local delivery and act as primary contact for local vendors – including support with logistics and delivering, branded goods, collateral and content, banners and booth setup etc.
    • Provide insights into the best places to advertise and manage local relationships with member bodies and/or associations to leverage exposure locally.
    • Generate buy-in and support for marketing programs from local sales teams lead and key Stakeholders.
    • Complete monthly/quarterly reporting on regional marketing activity to measure impact and alignment to objectives.
    • As the company continues to expand and the marketing team structure evolves, this role is required to evaluate impact and adapt to changes.

    Skills Required:

    • Excellent standard of written English.
    • A natural communicator, able to develop relationships with key stakeholder both within and outside of the marketing and comms team.
    • A problem solver, someone who finds solutions that support business objectives and has creative ideas on how to promote the Apex Group brand into different countries within a region.
    • Proven experience in a B2B marketing role and the ability to work in a global cross-border environment.
    • An understanding of the asset management space or experience in a similar role preferred.

    Sponsorship Events Coordinator

    Job Summary:

    • The Events Sponsorships Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maximizing the return on investment (ROI) and engagement with the company's main sports sponsorship with SailGP, and any other smaller sports/brand sponsorships. Reporting to the Head of Events for Group, this role involves ensuring successful negotiation and execution of sponsorship agreements, enhancing brand awareness via sponsorships, aligning activities with ESG initiatives, and managing logistics and client experience at the events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing sports sponsorships.

    • Sponsorship Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to maximize ROI and engagement with the SailGP partnership.

    • Brand Maximization: Ensure that Apex Group's brand is maximized at SailGP events and in SailGP marketing efforts, leveraging all available opportunities for brand exposure.
    • Content Leveraging: Leverage the broader SailGP digital and content team to create and distribute engaging content that highlights the partnership and its benefits – particularly video content. Be innovative and present them with ideas such as our “Reaching the Apex Moment” video series.
    • Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for all Apex Group employees regarding SailGP and event attendance.
    • Reporting: Track and report on sponsorship performance, providing insights and recommendations for future engagement.
    • Travel: Travel may be required to attend SailGP events and ensure successful on-site execution of sponsorship activities.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortable with dealing with senior and C-suite stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and satisfaction with sponsorship activities.

    Metrics for Measuring Impact:

    • Brand Awareness & Recall: Conduct surveys before and after sponsorship activities to measure changes in brand awareness and recall among the target audience.
    • Media Value & Impressions: Work with SailGP and the broader Apex Group marketing team to track media placements, event signage, and digital campaign impressions to assess the reach and visibility of the sponsorship.
    • Social Media Engagement: Work with the social media team to ensure activity is consistent throughout the year and new and fun ways to engage people are continually used – ie. Gamification like our persona game with SailGP.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, Sports Management, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing sports sponsorships, either agency side or in-house.

    Senior Events Coordinator

    • This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, ambitious Senior Events Coordinator ready for a challenge. You will have the opportunity to work within an energetic and high-impact marketing team for a global business.
    • You will report to the Head of Demand and Portfolio Marketing and play a valuable role in delivering on the global Group’s events agenda and membership and association participation. You will be managing a team of 3 people and will be responsible for driving event revenue generation and tracking ROI through the CRM system (Salesforce) while delivering an exceptional event experience to both internal and external stakeholders. You'll manage the whole process from the planning stage, right through to running events (often remotely) and carrying out the post-event evaluation. The role is primarily hands-on and often involves working as part of a team.

    Role Specification:

    • Managing the global events calendar across both sponsored industry events and hosted events (digital and in-person) for the Apex Group globally
    • Form relationships with conference hosts to negotiate preferential global prices
    • Propose, plan, execute and measure ROI on all third-party conferences and proprietary hosted events (including conference sponsorship, breakfast seminars, client dinners, awards ceremonies etc.)
    • Research venues, suppliers and contractors as required
    • Mange all pre-event planning, organizing speakers and panelists in collaboration with the sales, product, demand marketing and regional teams as required
    • Manage logistics and deliver for all event collateral, booths, banners etc. as required.
    • Ensure annual event planning is executed in a timely manner and in collaboration with all key departments, product, sales, regional heads
    • Coordinate suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and to budget
    • Work daily with the sales team to manage expectations and ensure reporting is delivered to be able to report on ROI, including organizing pre and post event briefings for high spend events
    • Produce post-event evaluation to inform future events based on ROI and other metrics
    • Research opportunities for co-hosted events in line with regional strategy, working closely with local sales teams in different regions
    • Ensure that all events strictly adhere to the internal sign off procedure
    • Present event ROI information on global sales call on an adhoc basis as required
    • Responsible for ensuring event budget is maximized and maintain ongoing spend management on a daily basis – tracking all spend, Pos and contracts with your team
    • Working the other members of the marketing team ie. Demand and field marketing managers to ensure deliverables are met
    • Responsible for understanding the requirements for association memberships on a global basis
    • Maximizing ROI and opportunities for any association membership, such as ensuring Senior Apex staff are included on working groups, linking the event spend with association activity and monitoring sales participation in association memberships
    • Seeking out any editorial opportunities in association publications that are FOC
    • Maximising any PR opportunities available with associations keeping in regular contact with stakeholders of the top 10 associations
    • Develop team members to ensure a clear succession plan in addition to autonomy that prevents any single point of failure
    • Ensure all new sales people are added to any global or regional memberships as required (maintaining the membership list).
    • Ensure the associations budget is adhered to and maximized

    Skills Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in the financial services industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing a multi event and a global events budget.

    Administrator - Custody Reconciliations

    • The primary responsibility of this position is the accountability for the cash and scrip reconciliations and reporting for Apex clients. The individual is responsible to ensure that tasks performed within the team are administered efficiently, accurately and within daily and monthly deadlines

    The Administrator – Custody Reconciliations will be responsible for the following:

    Reconciliation of Cash Accounts:

    • Reconcile the cash accounts on Invest One to the bank account for settlement of trades, income, and expenses.
    • Identifying all timing differences and valid reconciliations items.
    • Communication and follow up of reconciliation items with internal and external clients.
    • Resolution of reconciliation items

    Call Accounts

    • Ensure that all transfers are processed correctly on Invest One and confirmed with the counterparty.

    Futures administration:

    • Reconcile margin reports to Future instrument transaction on Invest One.
    • Distribute to relevant parties (Custodian / Client);
    • Check booking fees and deals.

    Reconciliation of Scrip Accounts:
