    Finance Administrator

    Brief Description:

    Job Description:

    Your responsibility will include but is not limited to: 

    • Update canteen and travel schedules for payroll
    • Perform quarterly stock counts
    • Process and match invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders
    • Maintain supplier records and ensure accurate, timely payments
    • Send remittance advices and file paid invoices
    • Issue credit notes for approved warranty claims
    • Process GI/GR for the warehouse
    • Assist with Mundo invoice and credit note requests
    • Reconcile Mundo shipping charges with goods issued
    • Complete credit applications
    • Support any additional tasks from the CFO or CEO

    Skills & Experience: 

    • 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role

    • The ideal candidate will be involved with management accounts, financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis and the reporting of budget variances. Moreover, the candidate must have a strong background in retail or FMCG environments.

    Job Description:
