• Recommendations to shafts/month-end reports/Sub-assembly tracing
• Complete all work orders
• Scheduling - calendar/automatic requisition/automatic scheduled work order
• Control costs - Generate quotations/work orders/monthly invoicing/stock control

• Trade: Plumber MQA/QCTO (Essential/Minimum)

Duties & Responsibilities    
Construction and Routine Work Management    

• Maintain plumbing systems according to specified original standards
• Perform work as per job card request and section's requirements
• Complete plumbing installations and test before job card is signed off (toilet pans, basin)

Inspection and Control    

• Inspect all tools, equipment, instruments  prior to use
• Inspect all vehicles/machines/mechanical equipment to identify defects
• Report defects immediately
• Carry out inspection according to a specific schedule to repair identified defects

Material/Resource Planning and Control    

• Use available resources, both people and equipment optimally
• Assume responsibility for quality of maintenance and new installations in functional area

Routine Work Management    

• Receive, complete and return job cards
• Transfer knowledge and give guidance to Artisan Aides/trainees to improve their skills

Safe and Healthy Work Environment    

• Adhere to all health and safety practices and promote good housekeeping on an ongoing basis
• Address all unsafe practices/potential hazardous situations, rectify/report to superior
• Comply with Safety Health Environment and Community (SHEC)/technical requirements
• Wear applicable Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) at all times

Technical Support    

• See to stock/spares/tools/equipment availability to avoid delays due to shortages
• Test system/components for functionality before job card signed off
• Assist Foreman with inspections of plumbing infrastructure within the relevant area

You will develop engaging content for campaigns, initiatives, and events, and provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams on suitable content and branding materials. Your contributions will play a vital role in strengthening our presence and supporting ongoing communication efforts.
• Key responsibilities include developing creative brand designs for various platforms, conducting periodic brand health audits, and collaborating closely with the communications teams to ensure our messaging and designs resonates across all channels.

Minimum Requirements    
QUALIFICATIONS:

• B Tech Graphic Design (Essential/Minimum or)
• B Degree (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)
• Certificate First Line Management (Recommended/Desirable)

 EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years Must have relevant experience in brand management, graphic and digital content creation.
• Strong design skills and proficiency in graphic design software are required (i.e: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, Sketch and/ Canva) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and stakeholder communication needs. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and fresh ideas.
• The ability to remain informed about digital trends and technologies, and to achieve tangible outcomes in brand awareness.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Essential/Minimum)  Operational

• Responsible for leading brand design activities for all platforms and events (internal and external).
• Responsible for the design and creatives of the organisation.
• Responsible for protecting Exxaro’s brand corporate identity and managing our creative agencies.
• Develop and package creative content that supports internal and external events, campaigns, initiatives, and projects - for a variety of communication channels and events.
• Ensure that all digital content and communications are consistent with the brand identity.
• Responsible for periodic brand health audits. Support PR and Media reporting.
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams internally and externally to provide guidance on relevant and suitable content materials.
