    Regional Manager I (Kwazulu Natal)

    Job Summary:

    • To manage operational efficiencies and achieve client / customer objectives in areas of responsibility.

    Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

    Achievement of sales targets

    • Identify sales targets per channel per month and draw up quarterly project plan as to how these targets will be achieved
    • Manage and track implementation of project plan (revising the plan based on client feedback as required)
    • Liaise with buyers to achieve targets

    • Update Strike Action Plan (biannually)

    • Take full responsibility for performance management of all direct reports, managing their performance in relation to quality standards and agreed benchmarks and objectives, focusing on all aspects of sound people management:

    Brand Ambassador: Marketing Solutions (Centurion)

    GENERAL OBJECTIVE:

    • As a Brand Ambassador at Versuni, your primary objective is to represent the Philips brand within designated retail stores, promoting product awareness, driving sales, and fostering positive relationships with both retailers and consumers.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Store Placement:

    • Price Ticket Maintenance:
    • Ensure daily maintenance of correct price tickets in store, both on and off promotion, to accurately reflect pricing and promotions.
    • Merchandising Execution:
    • Execute in-store merchandising according to Philips and Retailers' directives and/or planograms, maintaining consistency and quality.
    • Relationship Building:
    • Build fruitful relationships with retailers and their staff, fostering collaboration and support for Philips products.
    • Professionalism:
    • Adhere to a dress code supplied by Philips, presenting a professional and polished image at all times.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
