    Clerk: Debrief Process

    Job Advert Summary    

    • Clover is currently recruiting for a Clerk: Debrief Process. The purpose of the position is to conduct debriefing sessions with the drivers after deliveries to ensure all delivery documents are returned, cash invoices paid and admin procedures are completed before the driver leaves the premises. This exciting opportunity is based at the Clover Polokwane branch. 

    Requirements    

    • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
    • Business English: Fluent\
    • Shifts/Weekend/Public Holidays
    • Computer literacy (Basic): Including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), ERMS.
    • 1 to 2 years of experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques, and processes in clerk debriefing at the required level.

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Calculate the cash invoices to compare with the Driver’s Cash Deposit to ensure the cash collected is paid in on the Cash Master Machine
    • Check cashless transactions (EFT/Card/Flash/Kazang/Shop2Shop) references recorded on the invoices.
    • Check that the Drivers follow the procedure with regards to Cash Deposits
    • Tick off invoices on the route summary list/load sheet to ensure that the invoices are all returned
    • Compile outstanding invoice report
    • Report cancellation invoices
    • Numerical sorting of invoices
    • Follow up on small shortage queries
    • Report cash variances to the Senior Team Leader
    • Report on deviations on arrival times of trucks

    Technician: Maintenance

    Requirements    

    • Matric
    • Millwright Trade tested
    • National Diploma in mechanical or electrical Engineering
    • 5 Years maintenance experience in services equipment listed above
    • Computer literacy (Advanced)
    • Understanding of technical drawings and technical guides.
    • Must be able to think analytically and should have problem solving skills.
    • Must be able to function under pressure.
    • Must be willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when required (Utility shutdowns takes place on Sundays once a month and it is required for this position to be present.

    • Maintenance Technician will be required to actively assist millwrights on standby and be available during monthly utility shutdowns happening on Sundays

    • Perform HAZOP and RCM analysis for all equipment ensuring optimal maintenance on equipment.
    • Do fault finding on failures and below par plant performance.

    • Do reparation based on "Best Practices" 5’S and GMP.
    • Ensure job cards are completed accurately and submitted daily.
    • Ensure timesheets are completed and approved daily.
    • 2IC in absence of Maintenance Manager - Services.
