    Junior Graphic Designer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and produce marketing assets for social media, email campaigns, website, and digital ads.
    • Create in-store promotional materials such as posters, shelf talkers, price cards, and campaign visuals.
    • Assist with the design and rollout of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
    • Prepare artwork for print and digital formats, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
    • Support the marketing team with basic video edits, social media graphics, and content layouts.
    • Conduct product photography, including studio-style shots of footwear and lifestyle imagery for marketing use.
    • Assist with styling, shooting, and basic editing of product images for use on social media, e-commerce, and marketing materials.
    • Retouch and resize product images to ensure they meet brand and platform specifications.
    • Maintain organized design files, templates, and image libraries.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to bring creative concepts to life.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
    • 1–2 years of design experience (internship or junior role experience beneficial).
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, lightroom).
    • Basic understanding of product photography and lighting techniques.
    • Ability to edit and retouch images using Photoshop or similar tools.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.

    Minimum requirements:

    • 1-2 years of experience in a similar retail role is preferred
    • Proficient in MS Office and retail management systems
    • Strong understanding of cash handling, stock management, and compliance with administrative procedures
    • Solid knowledge of retail policies and procedures
    • Demonstrated experience in managing customer service, staff, stock, and sales
    • Exceptional organizational and planning skills
    • Flexible and available to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required
