    Credit Controller - Freelancer (23964)

    Main Responsibilities

    • Manage a portfolio of customers with overdue invoices
    • Persuade customers to sign up for automatic forms of payments (direct debit, credit card)
    • Flag accounts that require follow up by the (legal) collection team
    • Keep track of progress in our collection system
    • Deliver against a set of agreed performance targets

    Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

    • Good communication skills, persuasive style.

    • Organised and good time management skills.
    • Self-starter who takes direction but needs limited supervision.
    • Previous experience of debt collection useful but not essential.

    Job scope 

    • Support the Digital team by analysing data to aid commercial decision making. Activities include exporting data from SQL queries and other duties such as;  
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. 
    • Clean, preprocess, and wrangle raw data from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity. 
    • Communicate findings and insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders through visualizations, reports, and presentations.' 
    • Utilize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases efficiently. 
    • Apply advanced SQL techniques to perform complex data transformations and aggregations for analytical purposes. 
    • Collaborate with database administrators to optimize database structures and query performance. 
    • Integrate SQL-based data pipelines into the overall data processing workflow to ensure a seamless data flow from various sources. 
    • Provide SQL expertise and support to team members, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues. 

    Background and experience 

    • Previously experience of working with and analysing large data sets. 
    • Experience at using SQL to access and manipulate data in a large, complex organisation. 
    • Knowledge of SQL queries.  
    • Strong analytical skills. 
    • Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex issues.  
    • Works collaboratively with colleagues from other teams to deliver results. 
    • Able to work independently.

    Affiliate, Listings and Web Broker Manager (33628)

    Job scope 

    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics for online listings and affiliate programs, tracking key indicators such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated, and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Specific duties will include;  
    • Manage and optimize online listings across various platforms, including Google Business Page, Yelp, and other relevant directories, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and visibility of business information to enhance online presence and attract customers. 
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand and diversify the company's affiliate network, cultivating relationships with potential affiliates and negotiating partnership agreements to drive traffic and sales. 
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for affiliate campaigns and promotions, leveraging affiliate relationships to increase brand exposure and generate revenue. 
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, online listings management, and affiliate marketing, applying new insights and techniques to enhance the company's online visibility and affiliate partnerships. 
    • Provide regular reporting and analysis on the effectiveness of online listings and affiliate programs, presenting insights and recommendations to management to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth. 
    • Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, providing support, guidance, and resources to ensure successful collaboration and maximize mutual benefits. 
    • Ensure accuracy of business information on web brokers' platforms and handle queries from sales and country teams on changes related to centre information published online by web brokers. 
    • Cooperate with approved web brokers, internal teams, and agencies on automation solutions for the channel. 
    • Manage requests from sales teams on activation of new web brokers, following the company's policy on partnerships with web brokers. 
    • Act as a primary point of contact for any queries related to web brokers' channel. 

    Background and experience 

    • Previously experience of managing and optimizing online listings across a variety of platforms.  
    • High drive, tenacious and excellent communication skills. 
    • Works collaboratively with colleagues from other teams to deliver results.
