    Sales Representative - Margate

    • You are the face of Bakeries to the customer at a local level. You are accountable for growing the Bakery Business in store by servicing a defined route schedule within a specific geographical area. You act as a sales expert to the stores and you maximize sales through effective planning and order-writing, as well as supporting and completing activities such as merchandising, shelving, stock rotation, returns and pricing. You are dedicated towards using consumer and trade information to address the customer's needs.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Develop and maintain a complete knowledge of Tiger Brands products within your portfolio, sales systems and procedures.
    • Develop strong business relationships with store management to provide service and value beyond the customer's expectations.
    • Perform in-store planning by tailoring programs and fact-based sales presentations to the customer's needs, store demographics, and the current consumer base.
    • Work with customers to ensure sufficient product is ordered to support consumer take away.
    • Implement POP drivers as per customer and brand plans and report on the POP scorecard.

    Group R&D Manager: Process, Materials & Technology Capability

    • You are responsible for governance and guidance of R&D technical expertise through the development of process and technology strategies, standards and frameworks in R&D. You will build capability of the R&D process function at a manufacturing level. The role will also provide the governance and support required to implement innovations from concept to commercialisation successfully.     Senior Data Engineer

    • The Senior Data Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining robust data pipelines and analytical data models that support the FMCG value chain. The role ensures reliable, high-quality data for reporting, planning, forecasting, supply chain visibility, commercial insights, and operational decision-making across the organization.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    Data Engineering & Integration

    • Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL Server and SSIS, following DevOps-aligned development practices.
    • Develop integration solutions across ERP, supply chain systems, trade promotion systems, and partner data feeds.
    • Implement automated testing, version control, and deployment using Azure DevOps Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts.

    Data Modelling & Warehousing

    Operator Mixer

    • Run a large industrial dough mixing machine to accurately scale, combine, and process ingredients into consistent bread dough according to exact formula specifications
    • Establish which products are to be produced during shift.
    • Set mixer to SOP standards.
    • Input mixes into Batching system, ensuring recipes are per approved SOP
    • Check availability and quantity of pre-mix and Flour and follow the FIFO system.
