Purpose of Role:

• To lead and manage all production operations across the Pump assembly, Polyurethane manufacturing, and Paint Plant, ensuring optimal performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management & Operational Excellence: Lead and oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets. Manage production planning, shift coordination, resource allocation, and operational budgets including labor, overtime, raw materials, and consumables. Direct performance through the Production team, ensuring accountability and alignment with policy deployment.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience within a manufacturing environment, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position. Experience in pump assembly, polyurethane processing, or industrial painting is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in production planning tools, ERP systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of mechanical systems, chemical processes, and industrial coatings.

Purpose of Role:

• To set-up and machining of products to specifications on production machines as well as inspection of products to specifications and work instructions..

• Good experience of CNC Fanuc systems and conventional machines.

Purpose of Role:

• Responsible for inspecting, repairing and replacing furnace and ladle linings, ensuring equipment availability inline with production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspection: Inspect the lining of furnaces and ladles according to the required schedule, ensuring they are safe to use prior to production startup.
• Repair: Make necessary repairs inline with best practice to prolong the service life of the lining of the unit.
• Replacement: Breakout and install new linings as required.
• Perform sinter melt operation in accordance with best practice and Standard Operating Procedures.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.

• Valid forklift license (Advantageous).
• Overhead crane license (Advantageous).

Purpose of Role:

• Co-ordinate the melting team during the shift to ensure safe and efficient operations in the foundry. Provide support to the team to ensure safety, quality and productivity levels are maintained. Purpose of Role:

• To support project meadows, lead on loading casting and machining parts for the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control & Training: Audit internal processes, provide analytical insights to management for product quality improvement, train QC team members, and coordinate inspections and stage reports with supervisors or managers. Oversee testing and ensure final inspection and release of workshop job orders per documentation and check sheets.
