    Financial Manager - CPT - Northern Suburbs

    Qualifications and Experience: 

    • Grade 12 and a minimum of 7 years' experience in same or similar role
    • Possess/ studying towards a relevant financial qualification 
    • Pastel Evolution experience
    • Good command of the English language.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monthly management accounts, profit estimates, forward forecast, divisional reports 
    • Year-end accounting pack
    • Monthly tax computations and tax packs
    • Manage day-to-day accounting issues
    • Preparation of budgets & presentation thereof
    • Take responsibility and review actual against budget.
    • Insurance renewal documents
    • BBBEE renewal documents
    • Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and bank reconciliation
    • Review creditors recons and enforce payment
    • Review GL recons monthly
    • Prepare VAT return
    • Control GL posting
    • Tax Clearance:  Review all SARS accounts to ensure good standing
    • Review Customer Accounts & handle bad debts and handover process
    • Reconcile timesheets with payroll reports, and authorize for payment
    • Full house accounting function
    • Internal and External Audits

    Skills/Requirements:

    • 3 or more years’ experience in SAP Accounting system
