Responsibilities:

Analytics:

• Support the FP&A manager with providing insights into the business performance for the areas under responsibility and quality commentaries for monthly reporting requirements
• Prepare forecasts and annual profit plans working together with the key stakeholders
• Specific focus on sales (customer, product) analytics, incoming orders, price, rebates and mix calculations to drive profitability
• Calculation and monitoring of revenue recognition (un-billed revenue recognized, billed but not recognized) and  proper documentation of Credit Note applications 
• Lead project analytics (revenues and profitability)
• Ensure the tracking of the rebate agreements in collaboration with the sales team
• Support the preparation of the management financial presentations
• Support SIOP and revenue forecasting processes in close collaboration with sales, services and supply chain teams
• Support working capital KPIs analytics and advise on improvements, specific focus on AR and collections in close collaboration with the sales and credit teams

Compliance / Projects / Continuous improvement / Ad-hoc:

• Proactively build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive the value in the organization
• Propose financial solutions to business challenges while maintaining governance and financial controls
• Continuously improve tools  to get better insights into the business, support any local ERP enhancement or  new implementations
• Prioritize competing demands, proactively manage expectations of the stakeholders
• Lead projects, apply business acumen and commercial awareness to deliver business objectives
• Provide the finance support to the country and zone leadership teams on ad-hoc projects and requests

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in the field of finance 
• At least 5 years of  practical experience of financial planning & analysis FP&A
• Analytical mindset, sales and business acumen, business partnering
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Data-savvy, good with systems such as SAP,  Power BI
• Enthusiastic, learning agility
• English language at fluent level

• Diagnostic of MCCs, VSDs, Power distribution (1st level)
• Compile site analysis report

• Prepare monthly report related to service activity
• Participating in stand by service 
• Extensive travelling national and abroad
• Use the tools, clothing and equipment’s as defined by management and Eaton EHS (environment, health, and safety)

Qualifications:

• N-Dip Electrical Engineering or higher
• 5 years of applied expertise with UPSs
