Qualifications

Experience

• Experience within a manufacturing environment added advantage

Duties

• Assist with basic tasks and provide hands on assistance to the artisans. 
• Complete basic repairs on equipment under supervision & assisting in maintenance, repair, upgrade or replacement tasks on machinery and equipment.
• Use limited tools and manual equipment. 
• Help where needed and carrying out any reasonable requests. 
• Available for overtime, standby and shift works as required. 
• Assisting with the compilation and verification of planned maintenance schedules. 
• Participate in Team Forums & adhering to safety regulations standards and occupational health.
• Ensure critical spares are recorded and kept in stock - store housekeeping and by cleaning the work area and workshop.

Qualifications

• BSc/BCom/BTech in Information Technology or B. Eng (Industrial Engineering) or equivalent

Experience

• Must have experience as an all-round BA (data, process, and business analysis)
• Experience in various project methods and principals (Agile, Waterfall)
• Engagement across stakeholders and ability to run information gathering sessions
• The candidate must have excellent ERP experience 
• At least 5+ years’ experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Attention to detail but maintaining a view of the overall solution
• Knowledge of the following software will be an advantage but not required: AX, D365, Power BI, Excel, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)

Duties

• Evaluate business data with the primary goal of improving decision making processes in the organization
• Translate business requirements into system specifications. Gather, interpret and documents requirements (Business, functional and Technical)
• Participate in the solution design process
• Define the success criteria, document test cases, and provide support across the test environment
• Project Management (Implementation and setup of systems & Quality assurance and testing)
• Provide assistance to solution delivery on implementation and training
• Business process improvement 
• Provide input into related ERP Modules
• Assistance with the Development of BI Models
• Assistance with reporting requirements

Experience

• 1 year demonstrated experience as a Weighbridge operator/Administrator

Duties

1. Accurate weighted and routing of trucks

• Conduct vehicle pre-load and post-load inspections
• Direct traffic coming onto the production site
• Operate the weighbridge
• Record all vehicles entering/leaving the site
• Record weights by vehicle, completing appropriate documentation and collect driver signatures, etc. for accounting purposes and update information on the weigh bridge operating system accordingly.
• Accurate weighing of trucks entering and leaving site

2. Accurate records of incoming and outgoing merchandise and stock

• Record on the system transactions associated with loading and unloading items from transfer, and supplier and delivery trucks
• Record the ERP transactions associated with moving merchandise to the appropriate storage area, preparing outgoing shipments, and check that orders are complete and not damaged
• To liaise with relevant stakeholders, and communicate exceptions and issues accordingly
• Ensure that transactions on the ERP System match actual movements on the floor
• Ensure the actual stock on the floor at production which has come in via the weighbridge or has been delivered using the weighbridge matches the stock as recorded on the ERP System (AX) and where there are differences the reasons for the differences are known.
• Transferring and receiving, unloading and loading trucks, and fulfilling purchase orders

3. Enabled Weighbridge environment and operation

• Maintain the weighbridge and general area of the weighbridge including the office in a clean, tidy and hazard free condition.
• Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.

4. Compliant weighbridge environment and operations

• Issue regulatory compliance documentation (i.e. Hazchem placards, Tremcards, etc).
• Sticking to safety procedures to create the proper environment in accordance with company policies and governmental mandates

• 1 year demonstrated experience in the assembly plant
