Overview & Key Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for providing critical machine expertise, offering troubleshooting support, and ensuring effective management of shutdowns to maintain operational efficiency for On-Sites plants. Reporting to the Senior Field Engineer. The key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
• Manage maintenance budget allocated to equipment repairs schedule.
• Ensure and enforce legal statutory requirements compliance.
• Manage spares and ensure machine availability for production.
• Safely perform major maintenance, pre-planned work on shutdowns and major machine overhauls.
• Managing equipment history and upgrading existing history system.
• Ensure effective contractor management.

Essential Requirements

• A minimum Mechanical Fitter qualification (Red seal trade tested) is compulsory;
• Knowledge of ASU plant with a minimum of 5 years’ experience;
• Good knowledge of rotating equipment;
• Excellent verbal and written communication;
• Must be computer Literate, proficient in the MS Office Suite.

Overview & Key Responsibilities

• The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing and executing engineering projects across On-site plant operations. The role focuses on ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications, while maintaining high safety, quality, and environmental standards. The primary responsibilities of this key role include but not limited to:
• Lead and manage the full project life cycle, from concept through to commissioning and handover.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
• Ensure strict adherence to Air Products' safety, health, and environmental protocols during all project activities.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams and external vendors/contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement risk management and quality control processes to ensure projects are delivered to high standards.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to management and other key stakeholders.

 Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or mechanical Engineering;
• Registered or eligible to register with ECSA as a Candidate Engineer or Professional Engineer;
• At least 5 years of experience in project engineering within a chemical plant or industrial environment;
• Strong project management and organizational skills;
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate across diverse teams;
• In-depth knowledge of chemical plant operations and related safety/environmental regulations;
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently;
• Must have excellent planning skill;
• Excellent verbal and written communication;

Overview & Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for assisting with the filling of merchant product. The key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Assist with the filling of merchant product;
• Ensuring proper housekeeping and compliance with safety standards at all times;
• Ensuring sufficient product supply.

Essential Requirements

• A Grade 12 with Maths and Science;
• A minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience working in the Gas industry;
• Must have basic knowledge of safety procedures and practices;
• Must have good verbal & written communication skills;
• Be physically fit & able-bodied to perform strenuous work;
• Available to work shift system and overtime when required.

Overview & Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for the safe & reliable delivery and collection of all products in Liquid or Gaseous form in cylinders and Minitanks to the company’s customers and facilities. The key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for conducting the daily pre/post journey vehicle checks;
• Ensure safe and efficient delivery and collection of cylinders at assigned destinations;
• Responsible for the safe loading and offloading of cylinders.
• Responsible for general housekeeping of the truck;
• Ensure SHERQ standards are constantly adhered to;
• Performing general ad hoc activities.

Essential Requirements

•  A minimum Grade 12 certificate;
• A valid unendorsed EC Drivers License with PrDP;
• A valid Forklift licence;
• Must have valid Dangerous Goods Certificate;
• Must have own reliable transport;
• A minimum of 5 years in heavy duty driving experience;
• Must be experienced in transportation and handling of Dangerous Goods;
• Must be medically fit to perform physical work;
• Must be willing to work Flexi hours & overtime when required;
• Must be able to produce written reports on vehicle fitness and accurate delivery paperwork;
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills, specifically in English
