    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Level 1. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of experienced professionals and participate in on-the-job training in their chosen field.

    Parts Sales Executive Kia South Africa (Pty) Ltd - IMFRG - Nelspruit

    Job Description

    • The successful candidate will deliver sales to process parts counter sales transactions accurately and timeously through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures. Required to do counter and telesales.

    Specific Role Responsibilities     

    • Conduct all transactions with customers with the utmost courtesy.
    • Correctly place such items in stores
    • Ensure accurate identification of customer’s needs by means of arts catalogues, computer stock lists.
    • Implementation of discount structure as applicable
    • Assist all company staff in parts identification and if required, replacements.
    • Assist in training new parts persons.
    • Ensure all paperwork, documentation, requisitions are properly recorded within stock control system.
    • Ensure that all credit sales are made to an authorised signatory of approved account.
    • Keep all parts catalogues, manufactures lists, etc. updated and tidy.
    • Ensure Warehouse Manager is kept aware of stock movement.

    • Ensure all transactions take place according to company policy. Ensure security of all payment received.
    • Ensure that the highest level of CSI is achieved.
    • Conduct all transactions with customers with the utmost courtesy.

    • Give correct estimates and up-sell to workshop customers.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Matric
    • Higher Certificates and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates

    • To plan, manage and monitor the implementation of all financial management practices, activities and processes in order to deliver on approved operational financial plans and to continuously enhance service delivery.

    • Conduct reconciliation of vehicles, parts, and service assets, verify against accounting records and address all anomalies with senior line management

    Job Description:

    • The successful candidates will be responsible to deliver sales in order to process sales of new vehicle transactions accurately and timeously through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    Processes and governance:

    • Identify and apply known solutions to operational problems and escalate unresolved issues 
    • Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreement 
    • Report on transactional activities to provide timely information for decision making in area of accountability
    • Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes 
    • Provide advice and support to customer and their requirements in order to achieve & maintain set customer service excellence standards

    • Pursue and develop customer relationships for the acquisition of vehicle sales in line with set targets
    • Manage the effective resolution of customer complaints, ensuring problems are addressed in a timely and accurate manner

    • Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to prevent financial losses

    Client/Customer

    • Deliver work activities adequately to satisfy internal and external customers 
    • Contribute to a culture of customer service excellence, which builds positive relationships and provides opportunity for feedback as well as exceptional service delivery 

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Matric Certificate 
    • 3-5 years working experience in a similar environment 
    • A valid South African driver's license
