• A strong background in clinical coding standards and prior experience in data entry, mathematical analysis, customer service is a plus.
• Over five years of experience in the field plus supervisory experience.
• Degree in health information technology, medical coding or a related field.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analysing patient records and recording all the relevant information
• Examining records and documentation for missing information
• Assigning industry-recognised codes such as ICD-11, SNOMED etc
• Collaborating with Physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure information accuracy
• Training other professionals on clinical coding practices
• Ensuring that the healthcare facilities complies with clinical coding guidelines
• Carrying out periodic audits of data dictionaries working with Clinical governance expert and project team
• Ensuring that all clinical codes are current
• Ensure assigning and sequencing all codes for the digital health projects

Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of medical terminology
• In-depth understanding of clinical coding standards

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar import / export role working with many products (e.g. over 1,000 SKU’s), suppliers and industry players across the supply chain.  
• Computer literate (Excellent Excel skills)
• Netstock or similar forecasting system experience is important.
• Experience in the beauty or FMCG industry.
• Pastel experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes.
• Manage the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance.
• Ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained by implementing inventory management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to measure supply chain performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
• Locate vendors of materials, equipment, or supplies, and set up interviews with them and the HOD to discuss future business.

Job Description

• Experienced Engineer with photovoltaic plants and BESS, should have 5 years of working experience and at least 2 working on designing PV facilities.
• Electrical / Mechanical Engineer
• Minimum studies in Technical Engineering. Master's Degree in Renewable Energies is a plus.
• Minimum experience of 5 years as an Electrical Engineer in EERR projects (PV, BESS, Wind)
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD, PSSE, DIgSILENT, ETAP, PVSYST and PVcase.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Experience in:

• PV facilities.
• PVsyst is preferable
• South African grid code.

His/her roles would be:

• Designing and sizing, PV facilities and BESS projects.
• Solar resource analysis, PV performance ratio analysis of different projects.
• Complementary studies to integrate generation assets to the South African Grid.
• Complement the technical studies by liasing with main equipment suppliers, and help the proposal team with the costing of the project.

The selected person will be mainly responsible for:

• Design and dimensioning of renewable installation projects (photovoltaic plants and BESS)
• Studies of solar resources, performance of renewable plants and hybrid systems.
• Complementary studies in the integration of renewable energies in the electricity grid / Knowledge of grid codes applied to renewables.
• Simulations in PSSE and DigSilent
• Electrical calculations: Wiring, protections...
• Preparation of data sheets, technical specifications, tabulations, budgets, etc.
• Knowledge of the photovoltaic and electricity storage market, familiar with the different technologies of panels, inverters/power stations, solar trackers, batteries, PCS...

Responsibilities:

• Requirements, design, development, testing and documentation of new and legacy data ingestion, integration, processing, and storage software to meet the requirements of the company’s IoT Platform Solution.
• Build data pipelines for ingesting data from various mining equipment and devices such as gas detection instruments, collision awareness systems, environmental sensors.
• Build data pipelines for ingesting data from various external systems such as ERP, TnA, and Asset Management Software.
• Maintain interface definitions and data dictionaries for each connectivity solution.
• Define the requirements, specify the architecture and design, develop, test, document and maintain software for integrating data from multiple sources.
• Manage data ontologies for modelling digital twins in SmartMine to automatically create required configurations necessary for software services, devices, site infrastructure, etc.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer/software engineering, computer science
• Masters or doctoral level degree (advantageous)
• 2-5 years’ experience in computer science, software, or computer engineering, applied math, physics, statistics, or related fields.
• Experience with wireless and network communication technologies such as Wi-Fi, GSM, LoRaWAN, Bluetooth, TCP/IP.
• 2-5 years’ experience with data lake and warehousing solutions.
• 2-5 years’ experience with either Python, Java, C++, C#, Sparql, SQL databases.
• 2-5 years’ experience with either Apache Kafka (producers/consumers/connectors), Apache NiFi, Apache Spark, Apache ActiveMQ, MQTT, Modbus, REST API.
