Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor for a site in Johannesburg North.
• A strong background in construction and site management with a relevant qualification is essential.
• Must be very strong on finishings : detailing for plumbing, tiling, ironmongery etc, as well as having the construction skills to lay slabs, reinforcing, plastering, brickwork etc.
• This is a supervisory as well as a hands-on role, so strong people management skills are required as a construction team and sub- contractors will report to you.
• Drivers license and own vehicle essential.
• Matric required.

Job Description

• We are looking for a strong and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to be based at our head office in Parktown.
• Marketing or similar undergrad degree, 4+ years working experience with strong emphasis on digital marketing platforms, paid and organic.
• Launch marketing plan experience, website management and some experience in Properties/residential would be beneficial.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to do copy writing.
• Drivers license and own vehicle essential.
