    Senior Accountant Strategic Projects and Fixed Assets

    Purpose of Job

    • Co-ordinate financial reporting requirements in the business units for Capital projects and Fixed assets. Manage and provide a comprehensive accounting services, relating to (incl.) project/lease/interest capitalisation accounting in the day-to-day execution of financial related activities.     Key Accountabilities

    Gas Pipeline Controller Gr 2

    Purpose of Job

    • Take ownership and do inspections on pipeline operations inland network assets to prevent and minimise the risk of third-party intervention and subsequent damage to the gas pipeline network and other pipeline operations assets.

    People Management

    • To apply operations excellence and asset management principles & practices, execute business improvement plans via industrial engineering support
    • Support to coach Engineers in Training (EITs) pipeline through bursaries and GDP
    • Share and transfer knowledge and experience with colleagues.
    • Complete training activities according to training matrix and PDP.
    • Support candidate IE’s and vacation work students for development.

    SHE Performance

    • Responsible for own safety through compliance
    • Execute SHE strategy to achieve zero harm.
    • Notify management of SHE risks identified.
    • Zero injuries.

    Continuous Improvement

    • Represent the interests and requirements of ROAS through continuous improvements.
    • Participate in communities of practice in the Operations Hub relating to operations standards, practices performance measurement, improvement and energy efficiency
    • Provide system and process intelligence to the hub’s operations to drive continuous improvement and operational optimization.
    • Demonstrate Continuous improvement of implemented opportunities.

    Formal Education

    • B.Eng. Industrial a Must

    Working Experience

    • Typically 3 years relevant experience in IE projects environment
