    Job Description

    • TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Salesman: Parts within the Trade Division at Bethal, Mpumalanga.

    Job Summary:

    • This role involves assisting the manager with day-to-day operations, handling general administrative tasks, generating quotations and invoices for clients, and ensuring high levels of customer care and satisfaction. It also includes supporting stock control and participating in regular stock takes.

    Responsibilities and Duties 

    • Assist the manager in supervision of all the activities and services
    • General administration
    • Generate quotations to clients
    • Generate invoices to clients
    • Customer care and satisfaction
    • Assist with stock taking and stock control

    Qualifications and Skills 

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • Computer literate
    • Experience in agricultural parts sales
    • Must be a dynamic and self-motivated individual
    • Sound knowledge of parts sales
    • Be professional
    • Be passionate about sales
    • Have customer service expertise
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Sound product knowledge and selling skills

    Job Description

    • TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Clerk (Payroll) within the Corporate Services division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

    Job Summary

    • This role involves the accurate processing of payroll and related reporting, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
    • Maintain and update payroll records, including timesheets, allowances, deductions, and employee changes
    • Process monthly payroll inputs, reconciliations, and submissions
    • Administer Provident Fund processes in line with legislation
    • Support employee lifecycle administration, including appointments, transfers, and terminations
    • Address payroll queries and discrepancies while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
    • Liaise with operational points to ensure timely and accurate payroll information
    • Assist with reporting requirements and ensure deadlines are consistently met
    • Support compliance with relevant legislation and internal HR processes

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • Diploma/Degree in HR (advantageous)
    • Proficient in MS Office suite
    • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
    • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
    • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
    • Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) (advantageous)
    • Sage People 300 system experience (advantageous)
    • Drivers’ License: Code 08 (advantageous)
