ONLY candidates with EXTRUTION TECHNCOLOGY experience in a production environement will be shortlisted. Your hands-on management of all resouces contributing to production of goods must be refelecting on your CV. You will be responsible for continuous improvement and management of lean manufacturing facility in order t0 ensure availability of products at the lowest conversion cost, uncompromised qyality and compliance with all legal and SHEQ requirements

Responsibilities:

• Strong leader with a analytical and technical proven record of achieving continuous improvement in a production environment
• Impelementation of demand based manufacturing flow in order to increase productivity
• Manage profit enhancement projects
• Facilitate weekly and monthly management reports

Requirements:

• Striclty BEng Degree (Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical/ Electrical)
• Minimum of 10 years production management exp, with 3 years Lean Manaufcaturing

Salary R800k - R1 mill per annum

A well known multi-national company is looking for a Commodity Manager with extensive experience within the Utilities/Services Commodity space.

Drive innovation for a large portfolio within the Utilities/Services Commodity. Lead Commodity strategies and develop cost savings plans for spend upwards of R1 Billion. Drive change within the business and ensure that procurement policies, procedures and compliance is implemented.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies in line with business objectives for the various above mentioned commodities, therefore the role requires someone that has EXTENSIVELY managed one of the above mentioned commodities
• Manage and develop supplier relationships and also manage internal stakeholder relationships
• Understand and manage the commercial terms and ensure compliance to legislation, drive BBBEE strategies
• Drive cost savings and improve productivity within the procurement divisions for HR, Legal, Utilities, Services

Requirements:

• BCom Degree (Supply Chain/Logistics)
• MCIPS is an added advantage
• 6 Years’ experience within Strategic Sourcing within Media/Broadcasting/Telecommunications industries
• Experience in developing TCO models
