    Manager Regional Sales II

    Job description

    Location - Country South Africa

    • Specific Outputs Analysed regional sales forecasts & competitor activities and formulated and managed regional plans i.e. volumes, price and promotions
    • Negotiated and managed trading terms, price, shelf space & promotions. Managed working capital items i.e. debtor days, product returns.
    • Managed promotional grids & logistics, promotional assets and equipment
    • Managed internal/ key account/ 3rd party/ agents performance
    • Managed team

    Required

    • Required Experience 6 years relevant experience
    • Key Account Sales experience in Foodservice and sales operations
    • Qualifications Post Graduate Degree or National Diploma in Business Managerment, Sales or Marketing
    • Primary Objectives of the Position Plans, organises and controls the sales activities of the organisation in a large region within the specified sales policy. May include general responsibilities from other functions. Normally reports to Functional Manager.

    • Required Experience Six years relevant experience within the manufacturing environment
    • 3-4 years managerial experience
    • Qualifications Relevant Technical Trade (N5)
    • Primary Objectives of the Position Responsible for overseeing the safe operation of the plant and the equipment and for ensuring that the relevant statutory regulations are adhered to. Normally reports to Unit Manager.
    • Other Information Computer skills including SAP, MM, SD, MS Office, PLC, etc.
    • Business planning skills
    • Vendor management skills
