Pioneer Food seek a suitably qualified Marketing Co-ordinator at their Essential Foods, Bakeries in KZN region. The successful candidate will be responsible for a product or an aspect of a product in order to gain experience. Assists in developing, implementing and evaluating brand related brand elements. Conducts a range of administrative duties for the marketing function. Normally reports to a Unit HOD.

SPECIFIC OUTPUTS:

• Coordinate and evaluates regional marketing and advertising campaigns/promotions.
• Monitor product line sales and costs.
• Specified and communicated brand requirements to stakeholders.
• Compile market reports; sales data and customer service requests.
• Assisted in the development and implementation of product elements.
• Budget monitoring and analysis.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

3 - 5 years experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Marketing Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Job description

Pioneer Foods seek a suitably qualified Manager Bakery Large at their Essential Foods, Brito's Bakery. The successful candidate will be accountable for the profitable management of a large branch within the constraints of company policy and for determining the most effective use of the resource available in order to meet the specified targets. Includes the management of a full sales function. Normally reports to Functional Manager.

SPECIFIC OUTPUTS

• Responsible for the effective general management of the Port Elizabeth Bakery operation
• Sales to diverse customers (TEG as well as T & T) mainly in the Eastern Cape area
• Ensure the effective production and distribution in an everchanging environment
• Manage approximately 800 staff in a highly unionised environment.
• Manage continuous improvement projects

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

Eight to fifteen years FMCG experience
