Zoning, routing and planning of contract and job work
Liaise with customers to book initial and subsequent treatments and installations
Ensure that all work due is completed every month
State of service monthly verification and maintenance
Capture technicians daily worksheets
Monitor productivity daily
Monthly card audit
Maintain filing system for service cards and work lists
Complaints – all staff are expected to deal with complaints in a professional manner and within 48 hours of receiving the complaint.
