    Business Development Consultant

    Qualification:

     

    • Degree/Diploma essential
    • Sales training essential
    • Negotiation training beneficial
    • CRM training beneficial

     

     

    Skills & Experience:

     

    • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience
    • Sales and marketing
    • Negotiation skills
    • Customer Relationship Management
    • Strong reporting and administration skills
    • Conflict management and resolution
    • Problem solving
    • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

     

     

    Job Description:

     

    The Business Development Consultant will work as an extension of the sales team engaging with existing and new clients with the objective of increasing revenue and embed key relationships.

     

    A highly articulate individual with proven client relationship experience, both in a hunting and farming capacity will be required. Diverse client portfolios will be highly advantageous.

     

    You will be responsible for:

     

    • The arrangement of client meetings with new, existing and lost clients
    • Needs analysis and solution selling
    • Project management of delivery into client needs
    • Negotiating of contracts and pricing
    • All administration around tenders, agreements and branch communication
    • Dealing with all client queries and closing the loop
    • In depth internal reporting
    • Presentations

     

    Own transport essential
