This position requires reviewing current strategy and offerings with a view to implementation and enhancement as well as providing strategy and advisory, programme management, programme design, implementation and stakeholder management for the development and growth of SMEs.

• Product development and offerings
• Advisory and strategy development specifically pertaining to their technology and innovation requirements
• Ideation to commercialisation of concepts
• Providing thought leadership around technology and innovation
• Develop the content, methodology, process & ecosystem to drive innovation for clients and together with the Training Manager embed these concepts into a development framework for the SME’s we work with
• Management
• Relevant ICT sector experience and/or understanding of the ICT landscape
• Innovation methodology and implementation
• Experience in developing and implementing successful strategies and programmes in technology and innovation
• Experience in facilitation of ideation to commercialization processes
• Experience in working with SME’s
• Developing sales pipeline and driving new sales
• Customer relationship management at executive level
• Multiple stakeholder management
• Reliable, professional and deadline driven with a good work ethic
• Excellent reporting skills for internal and external stakeholders
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree, Relevant Masters degree
• Relevant qualifications in Technology and Innovation
• Driver’s license
• Ability to travel within South Africa
