Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the establishment, monitoring and continuous improvement of business processes and systems
• Provide financial reports and interpret information to managerial staff while recommending further course of action
• Maintain the financial health of the organization
• Key User of our SAP ERP Software
• Oversee operations of the Finance and Logistics departments, set goals and objectivities, and design a framework for these to be met
• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of the company finances is maintained
• Human Resources management
• Update office policies and ensure compliance with them
• Corresponding with various other departments, to ensure information is supplied within a reasonable time frame

Requirements:

The candidate should provide:

• Bcom Accounting degree
• Preferably experience with SAP (MM, SD, FI)
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate processes are being used
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and responsibly within a small team
