    Access to Care Brand Finance Manager

    Job description

    • Prepare and submit monthly (as communicated by HQ) LBE for ATC business on TM1 (HQLBE) as well as Excel Café files (Prepare monthly calculation files, including forecasting of remaining P&L items for the year; Review and evaluate variances)
    • Prepare monthly slide-deck for S&OP meeting, facilitate and present during S&OP call (+-WD9)
    • Prepare monthly slide-deck for AREA S&OP meeting when LBE submission is due, submit to HQ
    • Attend and support monthly demand review meetings (Review of demand forecast for accuracy and completeness), optional Bi-Weekly Demand calls with Vlog customer service on incoming stock vs customer orders and ADS - DX and AX
    • Review monthly ADS publish (28 month sales forecast) by Logistics team on WD7, accuracy on units & ASP per DFU
    • Monthly WD3 & WD4 review of ATC results from previous month (Support Finance Director and Finance Controller)
    • Submit monthly D.2.0 for ATC P&L vs benchmarks (and commentary) to HQ
    • Monitor department spending by cost center vs benchmarks
    • Review, sign off and release of ACR's and Shopping Carts on SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management)
    • Attend monthly Procure to Pay Area Governance meeting and represent ATC regarding maintenance of PTP process in SAP (new developments, issues in process/systems)
    • Perform sales recons for DSV vs SAP CSR - stability of interphase.
    • Perform sales recons for both DSV & Vlog sales vs SAP CSR & PSCR
    • Monthly preparation of sales and other ad-hoc journals
    • Represent Finance capacity on department Brand Team and support Brand Team strategy to achieve Brand Team KPI's, participate in Future Fit program on achieving milestones in Key-Account Management
    • Attend monthly informational sessions with HQ on planning cycles instructions, reporting deadlines and other training
    • Administrator of department Purchasing Card
    • Review quarterly FP-208 (Provision for Doubtful Debts) and obtain Finance Director approval; Perform monthly Debtors Review on open items, communicate to Logistics team to follow up on open items
    • Approve release of Held Orders for local and export sales at DSV
    • Approve release of orders where pricing on DSV system varies from order price, this is also applicable to all export sales from DSV
    • Email of NDOH monthly aging to Medacc team, load aging on NDOH website
    • Monitor and support BPO on items listed as Open Orders / iDoc Errors on SAP. Interphase stability.
    • Review and support ATC requestors on Blocked Invoices resolution
    • Review and support/approve where required all Vlog orders sent by Logistics Coordinators to Vlog Customer Service
    • Attend monthly Materials Master meeting and represent ATC regarding maintenance of materials in SAP (via DSP system)
    • Instruct requestors and ensure annual PO's for recurring monthly payments are setup and approved in SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
    • Support with documentation as required during internal and external audits
    • Support and provide information to Finance Controller in submission of Entity forecasts (Update / Plan / monthly close)
    • Prepare all files (key assumptions, market dynamics, sales forecast, variance analysis, Year-over-Year comparisons and variances), book presentation and book submission annually for 10-year financial forecast of ATC business (P&L, B/S and headcount) on TM1 (HQLRP) as well as Excel Café files.
    • Prepare all files (key assumptions, market dynamics, sales forecast, variance analysis), book presentation (slides), book submission and submit Plan forecast for the following year (P&L, B/S and headcount) annually (as communicated by HQ) for ATC business on TM1 (HQPS) as well as Excel Café files
    • In January each year, submit Plan vs PY Actuals P&L and Product P&L for ATC business on TM1 as well as Excel Café files
    • Support Demand Manager with information to complete Schedule F during planning cycles (Update/Plan) and review completed Schedule F before submission to HQ
    • Collaborate with ATC Commercial and Affiliate Financial Accountant on Credit Limit reviews
    • Complete and submit ATC transfer pricing annually on ICPS system for following year standards (during Plan cycle)
    • Prepare all files, book presentation (slides) and submit Update forecast for rest of the year (P&L, B/S and headcount) in May & June annually (as communicated by HQ) for ATC business on TM1 (HQPS) as well as Excel Café files
    • Collaborate with ATC Commercial and Vlog Finance Team on Credit Limit reviews, obtain ATC Commercial approval (Patrick Pink), prepare and submit for approval process to MEAP region
    • Ensure all required year-end accruals have been communicated to Finance Controller (Peer to Peer related outstanding invoices, Quintiles etc.)
    • Support Finance Controller with data to complete Long-Range Capital Plan for Treasury review
    • Submit quarterly headcount vs benchmarks (and commentary) on TM1 (HQPS)
    • Prepare and submit on ICB SharePoint the ICB for Medical Representative costs to Global Medical Access as well as ad-hoc ICB's as requested (Advisory Boards, INTEREST conference etc.)
    • Review quarterly FP-209 (Provision for Expired Stock) and obtain Finance Director approval
    • Prepare and submit Quarterly Sales Flash (Week 3 and Week 4) of last month of each quarter to HQ
    • Compile, analyse and monitor sales data quarterly for product specialist incentives/bonuses, product sales analysis/region sales analysis
    • Complete and submit quarterly Sarbanes-Oxley survey to HQ
    • Review weekly payment run files and communicate to Payments Naga team if instruction to release / withhold payment is required
    • Support both Affiliate Finance (DSV customers) and Vlog Finance (Vlog customers) with cash allocation (SAP booking codes, supporting documents etc.)
    • Approval for new product setup (old cMat system)
    • Approve "Authorisation to trade" requests from DSV on new customers
    • Coordinate approvals for new pricing setup at DSV when tender/SEP pricing changes are implemented
    • Preparation and submission of manual sales orders
    • Support commercial team on all finance related tasks during Launch Excellence process (launch or changes of products / product specific information)
    • Liaise with DSV Customer Service or Affiliate Financial Accountant on any customer billing queries, assist with correct pricing where required, request/approve customer credit notes to be issued when necessary
