REQUIREMENTS:
WORK DESCRIPTION:
The contracts administrator will be involved in the drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution of different contracts. Serve as the point of contact for contractual matters. Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors. As needed, provide guidance on contract matters to project managers. Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing, etc.) and ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal.
