Key responsibilities

Our dynamic team is looking for a Customer Services & Operations Assistant. The Customer Services & Operations Assistant will provide training to our partner’s customer service teams.

This role would be responsible for the following:

• Plan training sessions in various Jumo territories in Africa and Asia
• Conduct training for MNO and FSP partner staff at various levels
• Provide internal training to JUMO staff in various territories
• Work with the channel product owner, project or ops manager to set up training demos
• Use the latest technology to drive standardised and scalable training solutions
• Manage relationships with the internal operations teams
• Draft customer service reports
• Analyse and report on customer service data

Skills and competencies

Essential

• Grade 12
•  Solid understanding of call centre metrics
• Tertiary qualification
• 5+ years of customer service and customer operations experience
• Exceptional presentation skills and 2+ years training experience
• Proven track record of building strong working relationships with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Organised & efficient
• Delivery focused
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Detail orientated
