Responsibilities

This position reports to the Project Director and performs Project Management responsibilities on multiple Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCm) projects, with key performance areas as follows

• Ensure that the projects under your management complies with the contract and ensures the safety, quality, value, timeliness, and Fluor profitability of the completed projects.
• Provide leadership to the project
• Resource management to ensure that the projects are sourced with competent and skilled team members.
• Establish and maintain effective client relations that result in active cooperation, prompt payment, and the desire to award follow-on work
• Comply with standards and procedures regarding the security and management of computing facilities and systems, including the use of Fluor reference systems
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, legal requirements, procedures, and global standards
• Reporting to Client and Fluor Igoda Management as per the contract requirements
• Develop and maintain key baseline project documentation
• Execute projects safely and within cost, schedule and maintain project quality requirements
• Implement value awareness on projects
• Ensure lessons learnt at start and end of projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks via a project risk register
