Job description

We are currently looking for a skilled and dynamic Network Administrator based in Cape Town.

You will require a minimum of 8-10 years advanced desktop, server and general infrastructure support experience within the SME sector. You will assist, support, manage and maintain the infrastrucure for one of our hospitality clients, so any experience in this industry will be benificial. You will be exposed to a wide variety of exciting technologies and you must also be familar with 3rd party management, SOP's and leading industry standards.

We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude, who is well presented and understand the dynamics of client relations and the importance of good email and telephone ettiquite.

Your time must be flexible as after-hour work will be required on occasion.

Requirements:

• A+ / N+
• MCSE / MCITP
• Advanced desktop support (hardware/software)
• A Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Applications
• Telephony and VOIP experience
• Microsoft Windows Servers Management - AD, GPO, DOMAINS, Patch Management
• Solid understanding of networking (LAN/WAN)
• Solid understanding of MS Exchange, Ofice 365 and Mimecast
• Advanced knowledge of WiFi technologies
• An understanding of PMS, POS and TMS will be benificial
• In order to apply for this position you will need your own transport, a driver’s license and stay in close proximity to Cape Town CBD.
