    Relation Manager - Learning & Development

    Job description

    Role Purpose:

    To design, implement and measure the organisation’s learning framework that supports the Human Capital strategy and enables the attainment of the Business Unit’s strategy. To assess, review and design learning and development solutions that are bespoke and relevant to the specific Business Unit .

    Outputs:

    •  Benchmark learning solutions against industry and global trends to ensure relevant and innovative solutioning and delivery.
    •  Partner with the HC stakeholders to identify and deliver appropriate learning solutions aligned to best practice learning principles and delivery mechanisms.
    •  Specify program outcomes, conduct research, define learning experience and compile course content to enable quality and timeous delivery.
    •  Enable reinforcement of learning experience in role and assist delegates and line managers to contextualise learnings “on the job”.
    • Demonstrate an integrated knowledge of the business value proposition, product and market differentiators.
    •  Design and develop innovative high impact learning solutions to drive business objectives.
    • Develop evaluation tools for feedback on the effectiveness of the learning solution.
    •  Ensure alignment of training spend to key business strategic imperatives in accordance with the learning strategy and business.
    • Analyse, record and measure impact based on defined outcomes and success criteria post the learning solution per the RMB framework and practice standards.
    • Apply project management methodology to effectively manage small projects which cuts across functional areas.
    •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or similar
    • Experience in a similar role
    •  Proven ability to engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders practices
    • Applied knowledge of Corporate and Investment Banking environment and products would be advantageous
