My client is a global firm with offices based in Cape Town and as a result of sustained growth in the region, they are looking to build capacity within their IT audit business.
This is a unique opportunity to develop your career whilst working closely with an international network of similar professionals. Opportunities at Manager, Senior Manager and Executive level are available and packages commensurate with levels of qualifications and experience will be offered.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement initiatives and strategies to promote the secure, effective and efficient implementation of IT architectures and services for clients across varied sectors
• Provide thought leadership and demonstrate subject matter expertise in the evaluation of the design and effectiveness of information systems controls and processes
• Provide meaningful and effective recommendations and consult to clients on the status of technology-related controls and compliance globally and their application to the specific business of the client

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Degree in Informatics / Information Science or Finance
• CISA / CISM / CISSP certification
• Ideally TOGAF 9 and ITIL certification
• At least 5 to 8 years extensive experience in the development and implementation of IT effectiveness audit strategies across sectors
• Track record of engaging with and influencing clients, and providing recommendations and advice on IT security and technology controls
• Demonstrable ability to maintain and develop skills relating to cyber security, cloud computing, enterprise mobility operating systems, network environments, applications and database management systems, programming languages and communication concepts
• Natural aptitude to sell solutions that improve and optimise; an innate ability to drive change
