Professional qualification will be an added advantage
7 years’ relevant experience, of which at least 3 in a managerial position
Experience in heavy manufacturing preferably ferro alloys, as well as SAP will be a definite advantage
Expert knowledge and understanding of financial systems, payroll and accounting practices, procurement, inventory control, capital management, etc

The incumbent will be responsible for, inter alia, all administration, Information Technology and procurement/stores functions, for amongst othersTranslating financial information into business plans and proposalsMonitoring financial
performance within the business unit and industry
Ensuring that all financial transactions adhere to IFRS and company policies and procedures
Providing financial support to department heads Interacting with Group Financial Head Office and Shared
Services Centre
Fairly and correctly managing procurement and tender processes
Managing capital and asset reporting
Managing consumable warehouse
Managing the time and attendance office
Ensuring compliance with HSEC procedures within area of responsibility
Monitoring and reporting costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Assessing staff
performance and providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
