Successful candidate will possess the following specifications

• Native Level of German language (written/ spoken)
• Good English skills (written/spoken)
• A Levels or equivalent
• Have an enthusiastic and pro-active work approach
• Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
• Have a deadline and goal oriented mindset
• Fully computer literate with strong typing skills
• GERMAN Speaking

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing high standard of Customer Service over the telephone, via email and online chat system (in German)
• Maintaining accurate database records at all times
• Working to deadlines and completing tasks assigned
• Building and developing relationships with the customers
• Taking full responsibility for handling customer queries
• Making outbound calls to existing customers to complete assigned campaigns
• Managing any other ad-hoc duties passed to you by the managers and supervisors
