Performance Areas Would Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Facilitate driving Group Marketing Capabilities ahead of the curve internally - benchmarked externally.
• Assist in Marketing Capability content co-creation and continuous rigour in content evolution in line with business need.
• Assist in implementing and embedding foundational and transformational capabilities across the group.
• Guide internal and external stakeholders around Distell Way of Marketing and best practice processes and tools that support the broader Marketing and DMOS Rhythm.
• Operational management of external work partners.
• Build collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders that supports broader Capabilities building change management journey.

The Successful Candidate Must Have The Following Experience/skills

• Relevant Marketing qualification.
• Min of 8 years relevant marketing experience.

• Integrated Brand & Channel Planning - Integrates Brand and Channel Strategies into granular plans that deliver against agreed short and long term business objectives.
• Integrated Activity Planning & Execution - The ability to deliver against brand objectives by developing integrated activity plans that brings the brands creative platform to life consistently across multiple touch-points within the consumers decision journey.
