Requirements

Support the CFO following up with both external service providers and internally with BU’s on the following topics:

• BEE – gathering information from the variouss parties and to ensure deadlines are being met;
• Tax – Following on the varies tax issues we have with service providers and tax authority;
• Banking – preparing all the admin paperwork relating to the updating of bank signatories and name changes etc
• Statutory company information – including company name change and directors appointments, etc
• Legal – gathering information from BU’s on contract updates, relating to BEE and name change, etc;
• Assisting with gathering information on cash collections and following with the BU’s
• Helping support the CFO with other adhoc tasks that arise on a day to day basis
