You will be managing 2 Sourcing Specialists and will be responsible for ensuring that the Packaging requirements are aligned to your available procurement spend, and at the same time achieving your savings and working capital objectives. Strong strategic sourcing experience is a must as you will need to develop and implement a sourcing strategy for the Packaging portfolio. Your senior stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills will be put to the test when justifying your budget requirements in the boardroom and during contract discussions with suppliers.
A Bachelor’s degree majoring in Commerce, Engineering, Finance or Procurement coupled with 5 to 8 years strategic sourcing and procurement experience of commodities is required.
