Senior Sales Executive at UL

Job description

We are looking for:

• Degree or equivalent to a Bachelor University degree in technical, business or a related discipline and completion of an acceptable sales training process
• 8+ years of progressively responsible outside sales experience, including experience selling to strategic or major accounts - knowledge of the TIC marked (test, inspection & certification) is an advantage
• Technical mind-set, strong business/economic sales foundation, including formal account planning, sales strategy development, sales tracking and measurement
• Demonstrated commitment to build strong business relationships with customers incl. network to relevant business within Appliances, HVAC & Lighting
• High sense of responsibility and commitment along with the ability to work independently - experience working in a matrix organization is an advantage
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
• A person with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Working driving license (readiness to travel frequently within territory)
• South African citizen or permanent resident
• Fluency in English
