Insurance Sales (Field) Agent at Simply Financial Services (life insurance)

Job Summary

We are looking for a sales consultant who will be primarily in the field generating new business for our group insurance product. This product is targeted at small to medium sized companies, therefore the consultant would be dealing with and selling to business owners or the decision makers within the business.

The consultant would be expected to:

• Have a solid understanding of the product and its features, to be able to present it to potential clients
• Find and create their own base of customers (businesses)
• Generate referrals from existing clients
• Service existing client base

Requirements & Skills

• Matric
• Graduate (diploma / degree)
• RE5 certificate
• Life insurance sales experience – at least 12 months
• Clear criminal record
• Driver’s license and own car
• 25 years or older
• Computer Literacy skills – MS Excel
• Self-confident, Good verbal and written communication, Initiative, Motivation for Sales, Driven, Organized, Presentable and professional
