12-Month Contract in Security: Scorpion Tactical at Employment Solution Management

Requirements

• PSIRA registered and certificate must be valid. Grade E,D,C
• Candidates should possess physical strength and fitness to perform duties effectively
• Certifications in first aid are advantageous
• South African citizenship
• Currently Unemployed
• Between the ages of 18-34
• Qualification not higher than NQF Level 4
• Attended a Quintile 1,2,3 school or Recipient of a Child Support Grant 

Responsibilities

• Access Control: Ensure that all guests sign in upon arrival and exit the property.
• Rule Enforcement: Make guests aware of the rules that must be adhered to while on the premises.
• Trespasser Management: Remove trespassers or unwanted individuals from the property as necessary
• Incident Response: Contact relevant authorities if a crime is committed or an accident occurs.
• Reporting: Regularly report to supervisors regarding any unusual activities or incidents.
• Surveillance Monitoring: Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct inspections of buildings and equipment.
• Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential risks and ensure safety
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is crucial for identifying suspicious activities.
