Job description

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the annual communications plan & programme of multi-media activity
• Communication of key strategic issues to relevant stakeholders
• Formulate awareness campaigns and social media strategy
• Brand management
• Management of service providers
• Management of multi-media campaigns and initiatives across the organisation
• Management of communications budget & financial forecasting
• Management, coaching and mentoring of junior team members.

Experience & Skills:

• Strong project management skills
• Strong relationship biulding skills and ability to forge strategic partnerships and alliances across internal teams as well as externally.
• Solid experience of communication platforms and channels
• Innovative and creative approach to communicating key concepts, newsflow and information throughout the organisation and to external stakeholders
• Proven track record of team leadership, managing and developing internal talent
• High level of attention to detail
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
• Honours degree preferred.
