Key Responsibilities

• Realize Customer journey mapping
• Customer segmentation, plat forming & coverage.
• Channel strategy (including Digital transformation)
• Define & adapt Commercial Policy
• Define & communicate the value proposal for the Channels
• Define ,deploy and follow the channel action plans
• Work with all Account Managers to monitor and lead the performance of the Channel (including saturation)
• Validate sales people STIP sales rules
• Is accountable of customer satisfaction & lead action plans
• Prepare training path for sales people

Accountabilities

• Commercial policy and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Distributors.
• Focusses on the channel profitability (i.e. the combination of all products in that channel)
• Focusses on cross-selling (channel platforming and saturation)
• Defining and ensuring proper execution for channel programmes and animation i.e. Digitization of PRM and the various Portals for Distributors
• Define action plans for channel growth (including the channel journey mapping)

Qualifications

Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering is a must

Experience Required:

• Experience with required education 5-8years in channel management, sales and marketing within the electrical engineering industry is a must
• Knowledge of LV/MV, circuit breakers, industrial automation (SCADA DCS etc) is a must
