    Paid Search Team Lead

    Job description

    Your role will include the following:

    • Managing the team to ensure they are motivated, learning, and productive.
    • Regular reporting and presenting of teams’ performance across paid media channels
    • Analysing individual client campaign results and related data to identify opportunities and anticipate any issues that might enable to improve campaign performance.
    • Maintaining the agency’s high client retention rate by developing and fostering productive campaigns,
    • Working alongside Account Managers/Directors to operate as a team managing a portfolio of single and multi-channel client campaigns
    • Cooperate as required on new business pitches either by writing proposals, preparing forecasts or potentially presenting at pitch meetings

    Requirements

    • Google AdWords certified
    • Experience in using PPC tools available in the Google stack
    • Have a passion for PPC and keep abreast of the latest trends and developments
    • Have excellent writing, verbal and visual communication skills
    • Minimum 1 years Management experience
    • Excellent knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of key PPC, Social & Display challenges
    • Strong client relationship building experience with excellent presentation skills
    • Advanced Excel skills with strong focus on correlating data sets & commercial forecasting
    • Excellent report-writing, analytical and project management skills with acute attention to detail.
    • Highly motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
    • Able to work to deadlines and prioritise and manage time across multiple clients in a fast-paced working environment
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
    • A proven track record of proactively identifying business opportunities, problem solving and creative thinking
