Big Data Developer at Network Recruitment

Searching for a talented Big Data Developer to join an international financial software consultancy in their JHB North offices

What you'll do:
This role will involve building an ETL process to collect frequently changing data as well as normalise and aggregate the data
You will be involved in all aspects of developing  and operating the cluster, ranging from requirements gathering to monitoring the cluster
 
What you'll need:

• Extensive experience with Hadoop v2, Hive and MapReduce
• Practical experience with Spark using Scala
• Experience with Apache Kyline Cube
• Experience working on Ubuntu OS would be desirable
