Description:

• Interpretation of business requirements and functional specifications as provided by business analyst into BI solution designs
• Able to follow a discipline agile approach which include to BI systems development
• Sesign of the extract, transfer and load (ETL) function using appropriate technology and set of tools to get data into a data warehouse or data mart
• Apply appropriate master data management and data quality tools and techniques to ensure that consistent and quality data is provided to the data warehouse
• Design and develop reports, graphs, analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) on the desktop and mobile platforms for analysis purposes in line with the business requirements
• Generate actions or tasks flowing from exceptions in the analytical process

Education:

BSc degree or IT Related qualification

Skills:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Knowledge and Experience in SSIS, SSRS and SSAS
• Experience of Banking & the financial industry
• Ability to create advanced data models using computerised tools
• Ability to cull data and extrapolate data patterns
• Ability to design and implement meaningful reports and dashboards using computerised tools
• Additional experience of Power BI would be advantageous
