Graduate Trainee will be groomed to possess the capabilities of future business leaders and modern-day entrepreneurs.

Unlike the typical South African corporate environment which focuses on hiring candidates with experience and skills, Corex is headed in a different direction and aims to offer an opportunity to candidates with no or very little experience a chance to grow and learn.

Focusing on recent graduates who lack the necessary skills and experience.

Remarkable work ethic is the foundation of Corex’s organisational culture, we don’t hire an experienced manager, we aim to build a future divisional general manager through job rotation process of a management associate.

The Graduate Trainee will be working and training in the following platforms:

• Sales
• Marketing
• Product management
• General operations including logistics
• Technical support
• Warehouse operations
• Finance department
• Human resources

To fill the role of Graduate Trainee the candidate should possess the following attributes:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient in mathematics

• Dead line and goal orientated.
