    Account Manager

    Job description

    This role is ideal for you if you:

    • Have at least 3 years’ experience in Account Management and dealing with complex IT solutions to large corporations, and must be able to show a proven track record of, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Have experience in maintaining and developing existing and new customers through appropriate propositions to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
    • Are innovative and have the ability to provide solutions relative to the client's objectives by identifying areas where value can be added through the use of RSAWEB's products and services.
    • Are great at uncovering additional customer needs and working with the client service representatives to sell additional products and services to existing base.
    • Can work under pressure in a dynamic business development environment.
    • Have excellent teamwork, communication and negotiation skills required to conduct business at a key decision maker's level.
    • Have a proven track record of developing effective strategies and customized proposals that win new business.
    • Have experience in post-sales research, writing and delivering marketing proposals and presentations.
    • Are able to work in an environment where opportunities are uncovered, screened and selected if they fit in with the company's overall strategy.

    Ideally, we are looking for people with ISP experience so that they can have the relevant discussions with informed customers on our mobile, connectivity and hosting products. As this is a business to business relationship- we also need someone who has a successful track record in a business to business management.
