(1593) Contractor - Administrator - [6 Months] at South African Reserve Bank

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key performance areas:

• Quality assure all general correspondence and official documents for FinSurv to ensure alignment with the language and corporate identity standards of the SARB.
• Receive web-based external applications from Authorised Dealers (ADs) and Authorised Dealers in foreign exchange with limited authority (ADLAs), and capture metadata on relevant systems, ensuring accuracy of information. 
• Engage with relevant internal and external (ADs and ADLAs) stakeholders, displaying service orientation and the ability to convey and explain information clearly.
• Route web-based and expedited applications timeously to appropriate divisions within FinSurv for action and publish finalised responses to stakeholders.
• Perform administrative and document management tasks related to the function. 
• Engage in short-term planning, prioritise work and perform tasks against work plans defined by the team leader or as required.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• a post-matric Certificate (NQF 5) in Administration or an equivalent qualification; and
• one to three years’ experience in a typing, secretarial or administrative environment
