    Field Operations Coordinator

    Job description

    The Field Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the relationship between Sales Planning and the Field Operations.

    Position Details:

    • Perform order-balance-out and reconciliation to optimise wholesales.
    • Track daily retail & wholesale performance.
    • Prepare vehicle order and availability reports.
    • Assist with preparation of management reports and presentations.
    • Monitor and manage Dealer allocations using DBP
    • Ensure Dealer Objectives are issued every month
    • Prepare retail reports to support decentralised vehicle stocking program.
    • Prepare ad-hoc analysis of industry, retail sales, stocks, orders, wholesales and fleet sales
    • Liaise with Brand, Finance & Retail marketing to prepare the Retail Plans Letter and distribute to the sales staff as well as dealer network.
    • Update the WSL levels on a monthly basis and the Days Carry on a quarterly basis for the entire dealer network while trying to maximise wholesales and ensuring dealers do not go below the required levels.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Sales – Understands Industry, understands Channel Management, Key Performance Management, Revenue Mix Management.
    • Marketing – Strategic Planning, Tactical Planning
    • Analysis of research data
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Forecasting methodologies
    • Preparation of accurate and timely reports
    • Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Sales Planning – order take, CKD & CBU procurement, scheduling, ordering, volume planning, budget controls
    • Must have a solid understanding of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel
    • Qualifications and Experience:
    • Experience in automotive industry
    • 3-5 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing or Statistical analysis.
    • A tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree) in Marketing, Sales, Finance or similar.
